Factory Gutter & Downspout Photography

Why document gutters and downspouts?

For plant owners and maintenance teams, photographs and video of a factory preserve views of production-building roof sections and exterior elevations. Gutters and downspouts are spread along building edges, and their visible appearance can change with falling leaves, storms, cleaning, or replacement work. Still photographs retain selected details, while video shows the arrangement of accessible drainage components along the building. Earlier and later views provide useful visual context when the client discusses cleaning or exterior work with a contractor.

CRC Aerial provides drone photographs and video of visible gutter runs, joints, debris, roof-edge connections, and accessible downspout exteriors. We agree on the areas of interest and the views the client wants before scheduling, combining wider perspectives with selected detail shots where flight conditions allow. A single visit can preserve the current appearance of the selected areas, or separately arranged visits can capture agreed stages over time. The photos and video are delivered to the client or their designated representative to retain, share, and use in their own review. Coverage is coordinated with plant owners and maintenance teams around the specific areas they want captured.
