A camera preserves the visible appearance of a place at the time it is photographed. Photos hold individual details, while video connects those details to the surrounding scene. Images taken before and after a change provide the client with material to revisit and share, whether the subject is a building, a project, or a landscape they want to remember.
CRC Aerial provides drone photographs and video of client-selected roof areas, building exteriors, grounds, and landscape features. We agree on the areas of interest and the views the client wants before scheduling, combining wider perspectives with selected detail shots where flight conditions allow. A single visit can preserve the current appearance of the selected areas, or separately arranged visits can capture agreed stages over time. The photos and video are delivered to the client or their designated representative to retain, share, and use in their own review.
Household & Business Item Photo Documentation
You show us the items you want documented; we take photographs and record the descriptions you provide. Jewelry, tools, equipment, and other household or business belongings can be photographed individually. Serial numbers can be photographed or recorded when requested.
Photographs and descriptions can be delivered by ordinary email or on a USB drive, as agreed with the client. If requested, the email copy can omit serial numbers while the USB copy contains them. Any email copies we retain are in a non-public email account.

We do not offer secure email, document encryption, security services, or guarantees of confidentiality or protection. Clients choose what to document and their preferred delivery method.
Our service is photography and documentation. We do not provide appraisals, valuations, evaluations, inspections, thermal analysis, or condition assessments. We photograph the subjects you select and provide the resulting images and descriptions for your records.
Optional CRC Aerial Company Certification
CRC Aerial offers an optional company certification to the client, available as an additional service on request. CRC Aerial certifies only that our company took the selected photographs and/or video and delivered them to the client. This certification is not automatically included with every picture or video.
CRC Aerial does not certify what any item is or the contents of any photograph or video. This is CRC Aerial’s own certification of capture and delivery; it is not a notary service or a legal service. Ask about this optional additional service when arranging your photography or video documentation.
