This page explains CRC Aerial’s optional company certification and the charges for additional confirmation or appearances after delivery. Project scope, rates, expenses, and payment arrangements are documented in the customer’s written service agreement. Publishing this page does not amend an existing signed agreement.
Scope of Company Certification
CRC Aerial’s optional company certification confirms only that CRC Aerial took the selected photographs and/or video and delivered them to the client. It is an additional service available on request, not automatically included with every photograph or video.
CRC Aerial does not certify what any item is or the contents of any photograph or video. It does not establish ownership, value, condition, or authenticity of the item. CRC Aerial provides photography and documentation, not appraisals, notary services, or legal services.
Customer Terms: Certification After Delivery — Time & Expenses
The photography or video fee does not include additional certification, confirmation, preparation, meetings, remote or in-person appearances, testimony, or travel requested after the photographs or video have been delivered, unless expressly included in the signed agreement.
CRC Aerial is willing to provide additional confirmation of capture and delivery. For client-requested work, the client is responsible for paying CRC Aerial for all time reasonably required, including preparation, administration, attendance, waiting time, and travel time, at the rate stated in the signed agreement or a separate written agreement. The client must also reimburse all reasonable, documented expenses incurred for that request, including airfare, mileage or ground transportation, lodging, meals, parking, and other necessary travel or production expenses.
Before voluntary additional work or travel begins, CRC Aerial and the client must agree in writing on the scope, time rate, estimated expenses, payment schedule, and any advance payment. Another paying party may assume these costs only through a written agreement accepted by CRC Aerial; an informal promise by someone else does not release the client from the agreed payment responsibility.
CRC Aerial confirms only that it took the selected photographs and/or video and delivered them to the client. It does not certify the item or the contents of the images and does not provide notary or legal services. Compensation is for time and expenses, never for a particular statement, opinion, or outcome.
Where attendance or production is required by a subpoena or court order, CRC Aerial will respond as required by applicable law. Payment and expense reimbursement are subject to applicable law, court orders, and the enforceable written agreement; these terms do not make compliance with lawful process conditional on advance payment.

Please contact CRC Aerial before requesting additional certification, a meeting, travel, or an appearance so the scope, rates, expenses, and paying party can be agreed in writing.
