Photos from selected times retain those changes, while video provides broader context when the client compares an earlier visit with a later one. Keeping images from the agreed visit provides a visual reference for later conversations, or for comparison with a separately arranged return visit. Still photos hold selected details, and drone video preserves movement between views so the client can revisit the setting as well as individual features.
